The
Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers
Meetings - KAPPA meets two times each year (spring and fall) in various parts of the Commonwealth, rotating meetings at various campuses.
Educational Programs - Educational programs are provided at the semiannual meetings. The programs' themes include subjects which cover current facilities issues and are requested by the members.
Idea Exchange - The semiannual meetings provide the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences in both the formal and informal forums.
Newsletter - A newsletter is published semiannually and distributed to all meeting attendees.
National and Regional Affiliation - KAPPA is closely affiliated with the national and regional organizations. Many KAPPA members are officers, have held office or have been active in both the National and Eastern Region of APPA.
Regulatory
Advisement - Our regulatory advisement committee monitors Pennsylvania
legislation relating to facilities and a reports legislative activities
to the members.
