Purpose
Education is the essence of our mission. We educate by providing the opportunity to attend educational seminars within Pennsylvania, at a nominal cost. We feature timely subjects which come from educational topics chosen by the membership. Educational opportunities emerge from the interaction of the members at the semiannual meetings.
The semiannual meetings not only provide quality educational programs at reasonable cost, but these meetings also provide an opportunity for members to network and exchange ideas. The best resource for information often comes from peers who face the same problems as part of their everyday routines.
KAPPA provides its membership with the opportunity to participate in educational sessions as presenters or as students. Professional development is offered through the membership's participation as officers of the organization or through committee membership.
