"Establishing a Culture of Innovation and Collaboration" and "Improving Productivity with Level or Decreasing Resources" are the top two issues facing higher education facility professionals as reported in the 2011 APPA Thought Leaders report entitled Workplace Demographics and Technology: Challenges and Opportunities to the Campus Mission.OrganizationalInnovation

This application-based program, based on leading research in the industry, investigates the impact individuals, teams, and leaders have on innovative productivity, and will help to address those two critical issues.

During this interactive program you will:

Learn about the three things the top 5% of the most successfully innovative organizations in the world are doing to pull away from the pack identify 9 specific dimensions that can be developed to create a climate where productivity improves and innovation can flourish assess your climate and compare your scores to the most innovative international and US industry norms

The program concludes with participants developing 3 questions that will help them focus on improving their current climate for creativity, innovation, and change.
