Through APPA’s Professional Leadership Academy , ERAPPA can sponsor Track One: Individual Effectiveness Skills through your chapter or at your institution.  Facilitators will be drawn from ERAPPA facilities professionals and the cost per person can be significantly less than the per person cost to attend the Leadership Academy .  A description of track one is included below.  If your institution or chapter is interested in this program, please contact your chapter education committee representative for more information.

Track I: Individual Effectiveness Skills

Building leadership skills starts from the inside out. This track helps you examine your own personal leadership skills. You will learn about the universal traits shared by leaders, how to apply Franklin-Covey’s various leadership methods and tools to strengthen your own leadership  abilities, and much more. This track includes a 360- degree peer profile to give you a clear, well-rounded understanding of your leadership strengths and areas to target for improvement.
