NNE institutional membership is open to all higher educational facilities professionals, including colleges, universities, community colleges, libraries, museums, public and private schools and K-12 school districts in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. Institutional members are eligible to vote, may hold elective office and must pay regular dues. There shall be no limitation on the number of participants from a member institution.
