ERAPPA Welcomes Leslie Whitby to the ERAPPA Board

ERAPPA Welcomes Leslie Whitby to the ERAPPA Board

It is my pleasure to welcome Leslie K. Whitby as the incoming 2021-22 Business Partner Liaison to the ERAPPA Board. Leslie was appointed to this role to replace Amy Baker as our outgoing Liaison, who served the Board in this capacity since 2014.

Leslie is a trusted and skilled business development, sales, and marketing professional with over 30 years of experience. She has been with Stantec for 12 years, currently as a Client Manager focused on Higher Education   and the Industrial Sector.

Known for developing strong relationships, she has a proven track record of exceeding goals and providing an unsurpassed client experience, resulting in genuine client loyalty and repeat business.

Leslie’s business development philosophy is that people want to work with those they know, like, and trust, and she brings that philosophy to everything she does.

As a leader in the A/E/C industry, Leslie has established roles at several industry organizations, both regionally and nationally. Her industry involvement includes roles with Professional Women in Construction (PWC) Philadelphia where she serves as 2017 Founding Board member (2017 to present); National Board liaison (2018 to present); and Chapter Administrator (2021 to present). She had also served as Board member (2017 – 2018) and Storytelling Committee Board delegate. She has been the DVAPPA Business Partner Board liaison since 2017 and has participated on the ERAPPA Business Partner Committee, in addition to her role as Co-Host of the ERAPPA 2024 conference.

Leslie has also participated with CREW Philadelphia (2015 & 2016 Membership Chair), the Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley, the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, and the Green Healthcare Circle.

Thank you,
Jessica Abbott
