PROPOSED BYLAW CHANGES – September 2025 Article III – Section D – Voting Eligibility Revision Item #1 – If the Institutional Representative is unable to vote, the designated alternate Institutional Representative may cast the vote. Article V – Section A – Officers Revision Item #2 The Nominating Committee shall present a slate of candidates for positions to be filled. Article VII – Section A- Annual Meeting Conduct Revision Item #1 – Election of officers will take place during the Annual Business Meeting. Addition Item #1: When circumstances prevail that prevent members from attending the Annual Meeting in-person meeting, absentee ballots are permissible. Addition Item #2: Electronic balloting may be used for election of officers. Remove Item #1: If unforeseen circumstances occur resulting in no in-person meeting, the current Board will remain intact until such a time when an election can be held during the Annual Business meeting.
