ERAPPA Annual Conference Ambassador Scholarships – Apply Now! Scholarship applications close on May 8, 2026.

Who is eligible to apply: First-time Institutional ERAPPA Annual Conference attendees or those who have not attended an ERAPPA annual conference in the last five years.

What it covers: Full early-bird conference registration fee.

How it is awarded: The scholarship application will be open for one week to provide equal opportunity for scholarship applications.

Complete (applicant’s application AND supervisor’s endorsement) applications from ERAPPA member institutions in good standing (annual ERAPPA dues are current) will be considered for scholarship award. Scholarship will be awarded as follows:

One from each applying ERAPPA Chapter will be randomly selected for award.

Once one scholarship is awarded per Chapter (unless there is a Chapter with no eligible applicants), the

remaining scholarships will be awarded by random selection from all remaining eligible applicants.

Unaccepted scholarships will be awarded to the next person on the list of randomly selected eligible

candidates until all scholarships are used.

How I will be notified: Scholarship awardees will receive a congratulatory email, from ERAPPA’s VP for Member & Community Engagement, to the email address they provide with their application. Awardees will be required to complete a scholarship acceptance form.

The ERAPPA Annual Meeting is scheduled for September 20th through September 23rd in Providence, Rhode Island.

The ERAPPA Ambassador Scholarship pays the registration fee for the applicant to attend the Annual Conference. ERAPPA Institutional Members awarded one of the scholarships must receive funding from their respective institution for travel and lodging. The scholarship is non-competitive and requires an application and an endorsement from the applicants’ supervisor.
