Candidate: Bill Roth, Roth IAMS
I am honored to be nominated as a candidate for the ERAPPA Board of Directors. With over 30 years of experience in facility and infrastructure asset management, I currently serve as President & CEO of Roth IAMS and Co-Founder of SLAM Technologies, where I lead initiatives in capital planning, data management, technology integration, and sustainability.
Throughout my career, I have worked with public and private sector clients across North America, assessing millions of square feet of facilities and helping organizations use consistent, defensible data to tell their asset management story.
I have been an active member of APPA and ERAPPA for many years, sharing knowledge through conference presentations, webinars, and thought leadership articles. My passion lies in advancing our profession by fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
At Roth IAMS, I have made it our vision to solve the world’s Deferred Renewal and Capital Maintenance (DCRM) backlog crisis—a mission that reflects my deep commitment to supporting facility managers and the institutions they serve.

Candidate: Leslie K. Whitby
I’m honored to currently serve as ERAPPA’s Vice President, Business Partner Board Member, and I’m excited to run for another two-year term. This role is so meaningful to me because it allows me to represent our Business Partner membership, sharing updates, advocating on their behalf, and keeping all members informed about Board initiatives that impact us all.
I’ve been an active member of ERAPPA and DVAPPA since 2010, and I’ve had the privilege of serving in leadership roles for much of that time. From 2017 to 2021, I served as the Business Partner Representative on the DVAPPA Board, and in 2021, I was excited to be appointed to the ERAPPA Board as the Business Partner Liaison. Most recently, I co-chaired the ERAPPA 2024 Conference, which was such a rewarding experience.
I’ve been fortunate to be recognized for my contributions to this amazing community, receiving the 2024 Merit Award and the 2020 Chapter Champion Award. But more than anything, ERAPPA has given me invaluable relationships and opportunities to support the work we all care deeply about.
