I am honored to be a candidate for the ERAPPA Board of Directors as Vice President of Professional Development. I currently serve as Director of Physical Plant at Bridgewater State University, where I lead facilities operations, maintenance, capital renewal initiatives, and strategic infrastructure planning for one of Massachusetts’ largest public universities. With more than two decades of experience in facilities management and skilled trades leadership, I am passionate about developing the next generation of educational facilities professionals through mentorship, training, and lifelong learning. My involvement with APPA, ERAPPA, and SNEAPPA has provided valuable opportunities to collaborate with industry peers, advance professional development programs, and strengthen our regional network. As a Certified Educational Facilities Professional (CEFP) and graduate of APPA’s Leadership Academy, I understand the impact that quality educational programming can have on individual careers and institutional success. If elected, I will work to expand professional development opportunities, foster member engagement, and support ERAPPA’s mission of advancing excellence in educational facilities management.
