I am honored to be nominated as a candidate for the ERAPPA Board of Directors and for the position of Vice President of Member and Community Engagement. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education facilities management, I currently serve as Manager of Custodial Operations at Penn State University, where I lead a large and diverse team focused on operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Through my involvement with APPA, ERAPPA, and KAPPA, I have experienced firsthand the value of professional relationships, shared knowledge, and a strong sense of community. I am passionate about bringing people together, encouraging collaboration, and creating opportunities for members at every stage of their careers to connect, learn, and grow. My collaborative leadership style and focus on solutions make me committed to strengthening ERAPPA’s membership and ensuring every member feels welcomed, valued, and connected. I would be honored to have your support and the opportunity to serve ERAPPA and its members. As VP of Member and Community Engagement, I would bring that same approach to ERAPPA—working with members, chapters, committees, and the Board to identify opportunities to strengthen membership, increase participation, welcome new members, and ensure that ERAPPA continues to be a place where facilities professionals can grow both personally and professionally.
