
Earl Farrell is the Director of Building Repairs at Montclair State University in New Jersey. Earl has 30 years’ experience in his field. He started his career in Architecture before moving into Facilities Management. Earl has extensive experience serving on the NJAPPA Board and served one full term as the ERAPPA Board Secretary. Earl’s first NJAPPA Board position was Director at Large and later becoming the Director of Membership which allowed him to serve on the EAPPA Membership & Community Engagement Committee. Afterwards, he served as President Elect of NJAPPA, which led to him becoming NJAPPA President two months later. As President, he was also a member of ERAPPA’s Chapter Development Committee. During ERAPPA 2025 Earl served as NJAPPA’s Professional Development Committee Chair for the ERAPPA 2025 Host Committee. Earl is the current NJAPPA Board Trustee and the ERAPPA Board Secretary. He would love to continue serving as ERAPPA Board Secretary for a second term, continuing to remain reliable, dependable and organized within his role.
